  • 10–25: Goals and audience. What success looks like in 90 days
  • 25–40: Gap diagnosis. Message, visibility, image, press-readiness
  • 40–50: Recommendation. The right tier and menu selections, live
  • 50–60: Next steps. Proposal timing, start date, your questions

Your proposal arrives within 48 hours of the call.
